Three Oaks Roasting Co. is the perfect roasting partner for your business or event. We offer specialty graded coffee from various regions, low minimums, small and large batch roasting, flexible options, and fast turnaround times to meet your needs - whether you're a full scale coffee shop or looking for unique gifts or swag bag items.

    • We get our beans from all over the world, working with co-ops, importers, and the folks who grow it.

    • We love supporting smaller farms and micro-lots – they're where the good stuff's at!

    • We try to visit the farms directly whenever we can and even invite you to join an origin trip with us.

    • We follow the Specialty Coffee Association's guidelines – they know their beans!

    • We'll pick the beans based on what you like, how they taste, and the best way to brew them.

    • You can choose from our beans or bring in your own imported beans for us to roast.

    • We'll create a custom roast profile just for you, so the flavor's always on point.

    • We're happy to give you advice on which beans and roast levels to choose.

    • Come hang out at the roastery and join us for a cupping session – it's a coffee tasting party!

    • We use a simple formula: the cost of the green beans plus the cost of roasting them. 

    • The smallest batch we roast is 10 pounds per bean type.

    • The more you order, the more you save – we offer monthly volume discounts.

    • Reselling in NC? Tax exemption is available with NC’s tax exemption certificate.

    • If your order's under 50 pounds, you have two options:

      • Bag and tag it yourself, we deliver/ship 5lb bags or 5-gallon food-grade containers with Airscape lids. We swap out the containers on your next order

      • We can bag and tag it for you for a small fee of $0.20 per bag.

    • Need a label designed? We have a designer for you to work with (*Additional fee may apply)

    • We'll deliver for free if you're within 25 miles.

    • You can also pick up your beans at our Roastery or our retail spot in uptown Shelby (5 N Lafayette St, Shelby NC, 28150).

    • We're all about sharing our knowledge and passion for specialty coffee. We'll teach you about the industry, farming, flavor profiles, and brewing techniques.
