Three Oaks Roasting Co., Press Coffee Lounge, and Wine Collective are all part of one family and one shared experience.

At our home in Uptown Shelby, Wine Collective & Press Coffee Lounge brings together thoughtfully curated wine, specialty coffee roasted by Three Oaks Roasting Co., good food, and genuine hospitality in one welcoming space.

Press isn't a separate coffee shop tucked inside a wine bar. Coffee is an integral part of the experience, from the first cup of the morning through our evening coffee menu.

Our coffee program highlights the craft behind every bean with slow-pour brewing methods, including French Press and Pour Over, designed to bring out the individual character of our coffees.

You'll also find European-style espresso drinks featuring our signature Las Brisas Espresso Blend, along with our slow drip Kyoto Cold Brew and rotating coffee selections roasted by Three Oaks.

And coffee doesn't stop when the workday ends. Join us until 9 PM and explore our evening coffee mixology menu, where coffee becomes the starting point for creative drinks made for sipping, discovering, and lingering a little longer.
